Checking Out Our Feathered Friends:
When we first began meeting on Tuesdays at recess, we got familiar with some bird guides and how to use the binoculars for bird-watching. Then it was time to head outside and look for some birds!

Time to Research!
We each picked one bird to focus on and learn about. We picked birds that we would find here on school grounds. We had fun looking through all the books and finding the bird we wanted to learn about. Then we drew our birds, colored them, and wrote a few facts we learned.
