Time to Meet a Real Leader:
Once we understood the common traits shared by effective leaders, we turned to the leader of our school, Mrs. Lancaster, to ask her the interview questions we composed based upon our list of leader traits. We took detailed notes while she responded.

Living Leadership Legends:
After learning more about what true leadership involved, it was time to research our own living leader of interest. Once we conducted research, it was time to get creative in our presentation to the class. We each focused on specific traits our leader possessed and involved our audience to learn about our chosen leader.

We also used our creativity to present the analogies in an artistic way - by cutting & gluing paper to construct leadership wheels.
